As the Cleaning Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across designated sites or facilities. You’ll manage cleaning teams, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain service excellence through effective planning, supervision, and communication.
- Lead and manage cleaning staff, including recruitment, training, rotas, and performance
- Ensure all cleaning services meet contractual, hygiene, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high service levels
- Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Monitor compliance with health and safety, COSHH, and other relevant regulations
- Liaise with clients, facilities teams, and suppliers to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Keep accurate records of staff attendance, training, and site reports
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, some weekend working required - 8am - 4:30pm
