Lexington-Catering is seeking a Commis Chef to work alongside the Chef de Partie in our specialist school catering operation.
You will learn the menu and offers to provide accurate information to customers and clients, operate the till when required, and ensure your area remains clean, stocked and compliant with safety regulations.
Working pattern is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts, based on a 40-hour week.
