We're looking for a Technology Acceleration Manager to lead the successful rollout of these solutions across our client sites. What you'll be serving up...
As Technology Acceleration Manager, you'll take ownership of customer technology projects from concept through to launch, ensuring every implementation is delivered seamlessly and creates lasting value for our clients and operational teams. You'll:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer technology projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
- Champion Elior's customer technology strategy, promoting digital innovation across clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the mobilisation and launch of new technology solutions, providing on-site support and guidance to ensure successful adoption.
- Deliver engaging training and communications to operational teams, helping them embrace new systems with confidence.
- Build strong relationships with Operations, Sales, Technology teams and third-party suppliers to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Support technology feasibility assessments for new business opportunities and provide expert advice during the sales process.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and customer experiences by keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Monitor project risks, manage implementation plans and ensure technology solutions continue to deliver long-term business value.
The ingredients you’ll bring...
We’re looking for someone who combines strong project delivery skills with a passion for technology and customer experience. You'll ideally have:
- Experience delivering technology implementation projects involving digital platforms, EPOS, e-commerce, mobile applications or hospitality technology.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through to successful launch.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence colleagues, clients and suppliers at all levels.
- Experience training and supporting end users through technology change programmes.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness, with experience managing project budgets, suppliers or technology partners.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience within hospitality, retail or contract catering would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
