What you’ll be doing… As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team to ensure effective day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in motivating team members, managing performance, and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with company goals.

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve performance targets and service standards
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Act as the first point of contact for team queries, guidance, and problem-solving
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and coaching where needed
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Promote a positive, collaborative working environment
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and relevant regulations
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements
  • Communicate effectively with other teams, departments, or external partners as needed

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, Varied Shifts (8Hrs) between 5:30am to 10:00pm
