Lexington, an award-winning contract caterer, is looking for strong Event Floor Managers to join us in providing an outstanding service to prestigious sites across London. The Client Support Team is the internal staffing solution for all Lexington venues, our talented team support across multiple sites to ensure all sites deliver exceptional service.

What you’ll be doing…

As an Events Floor Manager you will:

  • Develop events from proposal right up to delivery, communicate and maintain project timelines and priorities as well as responding appropriately to incoming enquiries via phone and email.
  • Lead the front-of-house team during live events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the seamless flow of service.
  • Manage event timelines and coordinate with culinary, bar, and operations teams to maintain precise execution.
  • Brief and supervise service staff, ensuring clear understanding of event expectations, floor plans, menu details, and service style (e.g. plated, buffet, tray service).
  • Oversee set-up and breakdown of FOH areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health & safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and venue-specific regulations at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in event or hospitality floor management, ideally in premium or high-profile environments (e.g., luxury catering, hotels, private members clubs, fine dining restaurants).
  • Comfortable managing a variety of events — from small receptions to complex fine dining setups.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
  • Desirable: Personal license holder, first aid trained, fine dining trained, cocktail trained.
