Duties
- Passion about hot beverages and great customer service
- Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence.
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, duty of care to customers and colleagues and taking ownership of tasks.
- Ensure that staff are committed to their job roles to provide a consistent high-quality service.
- Controlling and managing stock
- motivating a team.
- Ensure food is presented in an attractive manner throughout service.
- Ensure the best quality of hot drinks are provided and the offer continuously evolves
Ideal Candidate
- Coffee bar experience a must
