What you’ll be doing…

  • As Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operation, ensuring services run efficiently while inspiring your team to achieve their best.
  • Leading, motivating and supporting team members to consistently deliver outstanding service.
  • Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, café and patient feeding services.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety.
  • Managing team rotas and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet service needs.
  • Building a positive team culture through coaching, training and ongoing development.
  • Responding professionally to customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer and patient experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and healthcare standards.
  • Working closely with management to achieve operational and service excellence goals.
  • Ensure all general administrative duties are up to date completed to the highest standard.
  • To ensure that site records are maintained for the following areas: COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and employees.
  • To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times.

Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 37.5 hours per week

What you'll bring:

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive, customer-focused mindset.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment.
  • Experience within hospitality, catering, retail or healthcare services would be advantageous.
