Lexington Catering is seeking an experienced General Manager to proactively manage on-site teams, recruit, induct and train colleagues, and deliver a high-quality service to our customers and clients. You will oversee a 5/7 pattern (predominantly Monday–Friday with some weekends) and lead operations for the onsite cafe/restaurant and 13 meeting rooms.
Key responsibilities include budgeting for growth, maintaining team communications, client liaison and reporting.
