What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all fronts of house areas and equipment.
- Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines.
- Liaise with kitchen team and conduct team briefing to ensure business runs effectively.
- Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events.
- Manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, health and safety regulations.
- Assist contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookwork.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday.
What can you bring?
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a catering environment.
- Focused on the front line.
- Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised.
- Previous experience within catering desirable.
