What you’ll be doing… As an Assistant Catering Manager, you’ll support the Group Manager in delivering excellent food service and hospitality standards. You’ll help manage daily operations, lead the catering team, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Assist in managing day-to-day catering operations and staff supervision
- Support the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service
- Help ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards
