What you'll be doing...

  • Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front-of-house areas and equipment
  • Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
  • Liaise with kitchen team and conduct team briefing to ensure business runs effectively
  • Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events
  • Manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, health and safety regulations
  • Assist contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookkeeping

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
