We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Catering Supervisor to lead our team at this iconic London location, which has been a destination for music makers for over 90 years.

This role offers the chance to work in Abbey Road’s restaurant and in-studio dining offering; a hub that sits at the heart of the Studio’s home for our team and creative community. As a Catering Supervisor, you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and service readiness across all counters and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and C.O.S.H.H. regulations.
  • Monitor food safety through temperature checks and sampling of high-risk items.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
  • Support smooth operations by replenishing stock, managing queues, and assisting with cashing up and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Lead by example, fostering a motivated, knowledgeable team aligned with company policies and service goals.
  • Promote continuous improvement through staff development and proactive planning.
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, weekend cover essential, 40 hours p/w.
