As a Waiting Staff member, you will play an important role in delivering a friendly, professional, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC.

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide guests with information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables, keeping the dining area clean and well-presented
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality of food
  • Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines are followed at all times
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
