As a Waiting Staff member, you will play an important role in delivering a friendly, professional, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide guests with information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, keeping the dining area clean and well-presented
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality of food
- Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
