Lexington is looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the catering operation at Lidl's stunning new-build site in Surbiton. This is a high-profile location with a modern, vibrant setting and a busy food service operation serving up to 300 covers daily. We are seeking someone who is as enthusiastic about great food and service as we are—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to inspire a team to deliver an exceptional experience every day.
Responsibilities:
- Motivating and managing a team
- Controlling and managing a budget, creating a platform for financial growth
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence and innovative menu planning
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement fresh ideas in line with the Lexington brand.
