What you'll be doing…

  • As a Front of House Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for our guests at Murrayfield.
  • Deliver friendly, professional and efficient service to guests.
  • Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
  • Provide guests with information about menus, drinks and special offers.
  • Set up and clear down service areas, ensuring they are clean, organised and well-presented.
  • Work as part of a large team to deliver smooth service during busy events.
  • Operate tills and handle payments accurately, where required.
  • Follow COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety and licensing procedures at all times.
  • Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest.
