Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focuses on providing great food and service to customers. To do this we need fabulous people and we work hard to create an environment where our team members feel engaged, inspired, valued and enjoy what they do.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful, prompt, and professional support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, whether in person, over the phone, or online.

  • Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve complaints or escalate issues where appropriate
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment or service area
  • Process transactions, orders, and returns accurately
  • Keep up to date with company offerings and promotions
  • Support wider team with general administrative and operational tasks

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week
