What you’ll be doing...

  • As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful, prompt, and professional support.
  • You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
  • Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Resolve complaints or escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment or service area.
  • Process transactions, orders, and returns accurately.
  • Keep up to date with company offerings and promotions.
  • Support wider team with general administrative and operational tasks.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.
