Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Hospitality in the daily management of hospitality operations.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure all hospitality events are planned and executed efficiently and professionally
  • Build strong relationship with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders.
  • Delivering trainings and supporting the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food presentation, service, and customer care.
  • Responsible for supporting communication and for embedding the standards within the team.
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front of house areas and equipment.
  • To manage and support the compliance of COSHH, Health & Safety, Hygiene and Food Safety regulations throughout the team and to report any incidents in line with procedures.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Responsible for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget.
  • To support innovative menu planning and design of food service within specified budget.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

About You:

We`re looking for someone who brings:

  • 2/3 years of experience in a senior hospitality supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong Leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience delivering high-quality hospitality events and VIP service (Essential).
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening or special events when required.
