Youll take pride in creating fresh, delicious food while helping maintain smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to company standards. Support and train kitchen team members, ensuring consistency and compliance. Maintain and control food stocks within budget, assisting with ordering and rotation. Uphold Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH standards, reporting any incidents promptly. Keep all kitchen areas and equipment clean, organised, and well-maintained. What You Bring: Two Years minimum working as a CDP Previous experience in Contract Catering, Hotels and Restaurants preferred Have a genuine interest in food and delivering excellent service.
