What you’ll be doing…
- Proactively supervise catering teams on site.
- Recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers and clients.
- Motivate and manage a team.
- Control and manage a budget.
- Ensure ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence.
- Accountable for COSHH and Food Safety.
