What you'll be serving up...
As a Barista, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality coffee while supporting the wider restaurant operation. This is not a coffee bar only role, and you will be expected to assist across all food service areas when required.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages to company standards
- Ensuring the coffee bar, kitchen, and service areas are always clean, well-presented, and fully stocked
- Keeping up to date with menus, food offers, and daily promotions
- Providing a warm, friendly, and professional service to all customers
- Supporting restaurant service and catering operations as required
- Following all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH procedures
- Assisting with stock control, replenishment, and daily cleaning tasks

- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues across the restaurant
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late finishes when required
- Flexible attitude with willingness to work overtime when needed
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
