What you’ll be doing…
- Lead and maintain effective team communication, recruitment, training, rotas, performance reviews, onboarding, and payroll administration.
- Oversee and actively participate in the preparation, cooking, and service of fresh, high‑quality meals.
- Manage the kitchen budget, including food cost control (GP), weekly stocktakes, and accurate data recording.
- Ensure full compliance with Food Safety (HACCP), Health & Safety (COSHH), and EHO standards, maintaining excellent hygiene records.
- Manage operational processes including inventory ordering with clients, equipment maintenance reporting, waste recording, and reduction initiatives.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
