Lexington are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Account Director to lead a high-profile hospitality operation, delivering exceptional client service, operational excellence and strong financial performance. Working closely with the Client, Senior Operations Manager and Divisional Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance and development of the site.

What you’ll be serving up…

  • Lead and inspire Heads of Department to deliver consistently high-quality, 5-star food, hospitality and service.
  • Develop and deliver operational plans, budgets, forecasts and growth strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive profitability, cost savings and commercial growth.
  • Build strong relationships with Clients and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Oversee innovative food and beverage across events, client dining, hospitality and retail.
  • Recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams, including succession and talent planning.
  • Champion Health & Safety, food hygiene, ISO, EMS, HR and all company, client and legislative requirements.
  • Drive site innovation, marketing, CSR and sustainability initiatives.
  • Work closely with Procurement to ensure an efficient and commercially effective supply chain.
  • Monitor financial performance, forecasting, invoicing and client reporting.
  • Develop client retention strategies and support wider company strategic objectives.

The ingredients you'll bring…

  • You will be an experienced Account Director with:
  • Previous Experience in Group/ Large site management (turnover circa £4+ million).
  • Detailed knowledge of B&I and event catering sector.
  • Commercial (5 star Hotels & Restaurant) knowledge advantageous.
  • Proven experience of managing Hospitality (Events, Fine Dining) and multi-retail outlets.
