What you'll be serving up...
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team at a busy corporate site in Chessington.
You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, serving great coffee, building relationships with our customers and helping create a welcoming atmosphere every day. If you love coffee, enjoy working with people and have a natural flair for delivering excellent customer service and upselling, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Barista, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role and become a key member of our team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and serving great-quality coffee and drinks
- Providing a warm, friendly and efficient service to our customers
- Building great customer relationships and confidently upselling products
- Keeping the coffee and service areas clean, organised, well-presented and fully stocked
- Keeping up to date with menus, daily offers and products
- Working as part of a busy and supportive team
- Following all COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
The ingredients you’ll bring...
- Previous Barista experience is essential
- A genuine passion for coffee and customer service
- A confident and friendly personality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A natural ability to engage with customers and upsell
- Ability to stay calm, organised and positive in a busy environment
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Catering or hospitality experience is desirable
