Office Administrator & HR Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a key office-based role supporting the day-to-day operation of the firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception, coordinating office administration, supporting recruitment and HR administration, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Working closely with the firm's management and legal teams, you will help deliver an exceptional client experience while contributing to a professional, welcoming and well-organised working environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration, reception, HR administration or a professional services environment is desirable;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and confident telephone manner;
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and discretion at all times;
  • A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach to work; and
  • Previous experience within a law firm or regulated environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and external stakeholders;
  • Manage the firm's reception and incoming enquiries by telephone and email;
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and general office administration;
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration;
  • Maintain office records, supplies and liaise with external suppliers and service providers;
  • Prepare meeting rooms and provide hospitality for clients and visitors;
  • Provide administrative support to the firm's legal teams and management; and
  • Undertake other reasonable duties consistent with the role and the needs of the firm.
