Lexington Ashworth Solicitors is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Network Professional to support and develop the firm's IT infrastructure, maintain network security and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain secure IT networks, including hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
- Troubleshoot network, connectivity and system issues.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, investigate faults and maintain data security.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide IT support and training to staff.
- Support the firm's continued technological development and expansion.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant professional qualification in IT, Computer Networking or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in network administration, installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network security, firewalls, Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and support a growing professional services business.
