Lexington Ashworth Solicitors (SRA No. 8011832) is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our growing practice. We provide nationwide legal services across immigration, litigation, private client and related legal services. As part of the firm’s continued growth strategy, we are seeking an individual who can support the development of the firm’s brand, digital presence, client acquisition and long-term business growth.
The Role
- Manage and develop the firm’s overall business development, branding and marketing strategy;
- Oversee the firm’s website development, content strategy, SEO performance and user experience;
- Manage and grow the firm’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms;
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at increasing enquiries, client engagement and brand awareness;
- Coordinate website developers, SEO consultants, designers, videographers and other external suppliers where required;
- Assist with the development of new departments, service lines and business opportunities across the firm;
- Build and maintain referral relationships, strategic partnerships and business networks;
- Produce marketing materials, articles, legal updates, newsletters and promotional content;
- Monitor legal market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support the firm’s commercial objectives;
- Assist with business proposals, presentations, tenders and commercial growth initiatives;
- Support senior management with branding, market positioning and long-term business planning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, marketing, digital marketing, branding or commercial growth roles;
- Strong understanding of website management, SEO, social media marketing and digital lead generation;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organisational, project management and commercial awareness skills;
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the growth and development of a small but ambitious team;
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and representing the firm positively at all times.
