Immigration Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Lexington Ashworth Solicitors (SRA No. 8011832) is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join our growing practice.
We provide nationwide legal services in both individual and business immigration, along with wills and estate planning.
The Role:
You will:
• Manage a caseload of individual and business immigration matters (including visas, sponsorship, compliance, appeals, and related applications.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients with professionalism and precision
• Lead and supervise paralegals and junior staff to ensure best practice and excellent client service
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s immigration services and client relationships.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 3 years’ PQE;
• Strong track record in both individual and business immigration cases;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently while providing leadership within a small team; and
• Commitment to the highest standards of integrity and client care.
