Roles:
- Advanced bookkeeping – experience with Quickbooks and Xero preferred
- Year‑end accounts for companies
- VAT and corporation tax returns
- Personal tax returns
- Bank, PAYE and VAT reconciliations
- Fixed assets and depreciation
- Accruals and prepayments
- Filing VAT returns to HMRC
- Year‑end journals
- Payroll
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Liaise with clients by phone, email, Zoom
- Task deadline management
- To hit quantity and quality KPIs as set out by the business
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years at an accounting firm
- Candidate must be qualified AAT, ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW (or similar)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Professional and well‑presented
- High attention to detail
