Role Purpose
This is your chance to make an impact by helping to continuously improve and shape our client’s customer experience and where your contributions will be valued and recognised.
- Supporting the business needs by analysing activity data, investigating trends & making recommendations
- Applying tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation (including the use of business information tools)
- Identifying, collecting, and migrating data to and from a range of systems
- Conducting data quality assurance, validation and linkage
- Managing ETL process, including adapting and troubleshooting as required to ensure data consistency
- Carrying on data quality assessments, identifying gaps and performing remediation actions
- Summarising and presenting data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for users
- Building and maintaining the appropriate reports and creating data dashboards, graphs, and visualisations for varying audiences within the business
- Refining, updating, and timely distributing existing reports, ensuring they remain accurate and are fit-for-purpose as the business evolves
- Processing and delivering solutions to the internal customer requests and queries in an efficiently and timely manner
- Helping to deliver a continuously improve strategy by proactively identifying data issues, investigating errors, fixing root cause issues, and recognizing improvement opportunities
- Promoting processes automation and self-serve solutions
- Training end-users about new reports and dashboards
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
- Maintaining awareness of technology changes within the BI industry
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Other critical elements of this role include the ability to prioritise effectively as well as to identify and champion business improvement opportunities, removing any barriers to great performance.
- Build and maintain excellent, value-adding working relationships with immediate colleagues across the Lexham Group to explore new ideas and developments alongside sharing best practice.
- Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role.
