As the Transport and Fleet Manager, you are involved with the client very early on in their claim and will make all efforts to deliver a hire bike to the client and collect their bike as soon as possible. To support and share, with the Transport and Logistics Director and Depot colleagues, Management control and responsibility for the department; to assist in the management of all depot staff, motivating the team with a view to ensuring that all clients claims are professionally and swiftly dealt with, whilst always enhancing business processes and achieving business objectives.
