About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Immigration Consultants / Caseworkers to join our growing team. This office-based role involves managing a diverse caseload across both corporate and private immigration. Salary will be discussed based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Points-Based System applications, including:
- Global Business Mobility (Senior or Specialist / Expansion / Secondment)
- Skilled Worker categories
- Innovator Founder Visa and Global Talent Visa (must have proven expertise in these routes)
- Manage Sponsorship Licence Applications for businesses, including compliance, renewals, and SMS reporting.
- Manage private immigration cases: Family & Private Life, UK Ancestry, Visitors, ILR, and British nationality.
- Draft legal forms, prepare representation letters, and liaise directly with clients.
- Conduct right-to-work checks and provide strategic immigration advice.
- Support business growth by representing Lexen Law at networking events, seminars, and HR forums.

- Proven client account management experience.
- Good educational background with a strong customer service focus.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
