Take ownership of all lateral associate recruitment. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and visibility. Working closely with the Head of Recruitment, you will take the lead on all associate-level lateral hiring across the firm, managing the process from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.
This is an additional headcount position, reflecting the firm's continued growth and investment in talent. While the firm remains relatively small by City standards, with around 450 people, it is expanding steadily and offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, managing relationships with agencies, identifying direct sourcing opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role offers significant autonomy. While you will work closely with the Head of Recruitment, you will be trusted to run the firm's associate recruitment activity and become the key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates alike.
You will also provide market insight, monitor recruitment trends, and help ensure the firm remains competitive in attracting high-calibre legal talent. Culturally, there are few firms that compare.
