• Supporting associate development, performance reviews and career progression
• Working with partners to ensure associates receive consistent developmental feedback
• Collaborating with staffing teams on matter allocation aligned with development needs
• Supporting onboarding, training and professional development programmes
• Helping strengthen the cohesion and effectiveness of the Corporate practice
