You'll work closely with senior partners, have real exposure to complex international situations and play a part in shaping how the team uses AI and financial intelligence.
Lex Talent is delighted to be partnering with a major international law firm to appoint a Restructuring Intelligence Lead to its London office.
So, what's the role?
In simple terms, you'll help the firm's restructuring partners identify companies that may be heading towards financial difficulty, understand what's happening within those businesses and spot opportunities where the firm could help.
You'll follow financial markets, analyse company performance, look at debt structures and identify emerging situations across the UK, Europe and internationally.
You'll then turn that information into clear, useful intelligence that helps the partners make decisions, build relationships and win new work.
There's also a focus on AI.
The team is already actively using AI and developing new ways to improve financial research, market intelligence and how they work.
You'll play an important part in that, using AI tools to improve processes, automate tasks and develop new ways of working.
Who are we looking for?
We're keen to speak to people from a range of financial and professional services backgrounds, including investment banking, restructuring advisory, accountancy, consultancy and financial research.
You don't need to have worked in a law firm.
What you will need is a strong understanding of corporate finance, debt and restructuring, excellent financial analysis skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear commercial insight.
You'll also need a genuine interest in AI and how it can be used in a professional environment.
