Initially, this role will be focused on delivery rather than business development. You'll work on retained, exclusive and selected contingent searches across HR, Business Development, Finance, Operations, Marketing and other senior business services appointments within the legal sector, across London and the US.
It's a fully remote role with plenty of autonomy, so you'll need to enjoy taking ownership. You'll work closely with the founder, giving you exposure to every aspect of the business, if that's something you're looking for.
This is Lex Talent's first hire and, as the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to grow with it and help shape what comes next. You'll need experience recruiting into the legal sector. Whether you've recruited lawyers or business services professionals isn't important, but experience partnering with law firms is non-negotiable.
Lex Talent is at a critical stage of its journey. Ambitious? Absolutely. But the main driver is doing things the right way, building genuine relationships and being best in class at the basics.
Over the past 12 months, I've built Lex Talent from the ground up, working exclusively with law firms across London and the US, and it's been an incredibly positive first year. Now it's time to grow the team and see what's possible.
