This is an opportunity to lead lateral recruitment for the London office of a leading US-headquartered law firm. With around 150 people locally, the firm offers the best of both worlds: the scale and quality of a global platform, combined with a close-knit, personal environment where everyone knows your name.
Associate and Partner Recruitment. You’ll be a key member of a high-performing and genuinely grounded HR team, working alongside HR generalists, L&D and Early Careers specialists. What you’ll be doing
- Leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy for fee-earner and partner roles in London.
- Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across the firm.
- Owning relationships with trusted recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Overseeing recruitment campaigns from initial briefing through to onboarding.
- Supporting senior and strategic hires, advising on market trends and best practice.
- Working collaboratively with HR colleagues to ensure an outstanding candidate and new-joiner experience.
