Legal Training and Resources Manager – International Law Firm | London
Our client, a forward-thinking global law firm, is reshaping the future of legal work. What you’ll lead
- Champion the Firm’s talent strategy across training, development, and retention.
- Deliver professional development programmes, mentoring schemes, coaching, and budget oversight.
- Take charge of secondments, practice attorney arrangements, compensation cycles, and wider HR functions, alongside leading paralegal staffing, reviews, training, compliance, and future pipeline planning.
- Work hand-in-hand with leadership and support teams to ensure talent growth and operational excellence.
