This is an opportunity to lead lateral recruitment for the London office of a leading US-headquartered law firm. With around 150 people locally, the firm offers the best of both worlds: the scale and quality of a global platform, combined with a close-knit, personal environment where everyone knows your name.

Associate and Partner Recruitment. You’ll be a key member of a high-performing and genuinely grounded HR team, working alongside HR generalists, L&D and Early Careers specialists. The team is collaborative, down-to-earth, and inclusive, and this is a place where people enjoy working together and value each other’s contributions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy for fee-earner and partner roles in London.
  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across the firm.
  • Owning relationships with trusted recruitment agencies and external partners.
  • Overseeing recruitment campaigns from initial briefing through to onboarding.
  • Supporting senior and strategic hires, advising on market trends and best practice.
  • Working collaboratively with HR colleagues to ensure an outstanding candidate and new-joiner experience.
