Newly Created Role - “Funds Team Manager”

Lead the training, development, recruitment, retention and day-to-day management of a talented cohort of paralegals, staff attorneys, and associates. International Law Firm, London.

You’ll collaborate with a supportive local HR team and work closely with a senior practice manager (a non-practicing funds lawyer), ensuring the team’s development, growth and success. It’s coaching, process improvement, and much more. You’ll have free rein to establish and oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the paralegal cohort in London. There’s also a technology element to the role. You’ll support partners in training associates and staff on workflows and processes, ensuring everyone is up to speed with new systems and technology.
