We are working with a UK law firm of around 500 people, all based in one office. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Client Service Director, Partners, Associates, and the Business Development team to build insight‑led approaches that unlock growth and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
- Own the key client programme, using data, feedback, and collaboration across teams to improve how the firm understands and serves its most important clients.
