Are you a senior client development professional in a law firm who wants a role with real influence and international scope? This is an opportunity to lead international client development at a highly respected global law firm.
Based in London and reporting to senior leadership in New York, you will be the most senior client development professional for the firm’s UK and European offices. You’ll work closely with partners across key practices, helping them grow client relationships, pursue new opportunities and position themselves effectively in the market.
The role blends strategy with hands-on delivery. You’ll advise lawyers on client targeting and pitches, oversee directory submissions, drive thought leadership and events, and lead cross-border initiatives. You will also manage and develop a Client Development team in London and other European cities, with the opportunity to build and shape the team as the firm grows.
You don’t need to be working in a similar role already but what matters most is strong judgement, credibility with senior lawyers, and the confidence to lead complex international projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
