AI is changing the way lawyers work. But understanding what the technology can do is one thing. Turning it into practical solutions that genuinely improve legal work is quite another.
This is an opportunity to work directly with lawyers, understand how they practise and help turn their ideas and challenges into practical AI solutions.
You’ll work closely with partners and lawyers across litigation and transactional practices, getting under the skin of how they work, identifying where AI can make a difference and developing solutions that can be used in real legal matters.
It’s a hands-on role. You’ll be designing, building and testing AI-powered workflows, experimenting with prompts, refining outputs and working alongside engineers and technical specialists to bring ideas to life.
You’ll also help lawyers build confidence in AI, demonstrating what’s possible, sharing practical use cases and helping teams make the most of the technology available to them.
So, who might this appeal to?
Perhaps you’re a qualified lawyer who has developed a real interest in AI and innovation. Or you could already be working in legal innovation, knowledge management or legal technology within a leading law firm.
You’ll need to understand how lawyers work and have practical experience using legal AI tools such as Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel or similar. Just as importantly, you’ll enjoy solving problems, working with people and turning ideas into something useful.
This is an opportunity to join a leading international law firm making a serious investment in AI, working on projects that could genuinely change how legal services are delivered.
