A highly regarded London private client firm is seeking a Trust and Estate Disputes Associate or Senior Associate to join its market-leading contentious private wealth team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor to work alongside recognised leaders in the field on complex, high-value and often high-profile contentious trusts and estates matters involving UHNW clients.
You will advise exclusively on contentious trusts and estates matters, including:
- High-value trust and estate disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Court of Protection matters
- Sensitive private wealth disputes involving HNW and UHNW individuals and families
This is a specialist contentious private wealth role within one of the most respected teams in the London market.
