A leading London private client firm with a Band 1 ranked Trust and Estate Disputes practice is looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded team. This is a standout opportunity to work alongside market leading partners on complex, high value and often high profile contentious private wealth matters.
The Role
You will focus exclusively on Contentious Trusts and Estates work, advising on:
- High value trust and estate disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Court of Protection matters
- Complex multi jurisdictional disputes involving HNW and UHNW individuals
This is a pure CTE role - not a hybrid with general commercial litigation.
The Team
You will work closely with a highly respected leadership group, including a widely recognised Head of Department and leading practitioners in this space. The team is consistently ranked Tier 1 / Band 1 and is known for:

- UK qualified solicitor

Working Environment
Agile working model - typically 3 days in the office. Initial onboarding period with increased office presence to support integration and training. Central London location with excellent transport links.
