A leading London firm is looking for a talented employment lawyer to join its highly regarded Senior Executive practice – a team recognised for advising some of the most senior professionals in the market on complex and high-value employment matters.

The Role
You will advise senior executives, founders, LLP members, and board-level professionals across sectors such as finance, private equity, and professional services on a mix of non-contentious and contentious matters (70%:30%). Your typical workload will involve:
- Discrimination, whistleblowing and contract (including bonus) claims
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Complex negotiated exits and settlement agreements
- Reputation management and regulatory aspects
The successful candidate will work closely with partners on major mandates while managing their own matters under supervision. The team’s work is varied, stimulating, and often high-profile – offering the chance to build strong expertise in a rewarding and human-focused area of law.
