Private Equity Secondaries Associate (1-5 PQE) – Band 1 Award Winning Firm
Lex Exec is working with a top ranked international law firm to recruit an Associate for their award winning Private Equity Secondaries team in London. Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and coordinate transactions across multiple jurisdictions
- Draft and negotiate core deal documentation with clarity and precision
- Provide commercially focused advice as part of client deal teams
- Work closely with clients, specialist colleagues, and external advisers
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally
- Support the training and supervision of junior colleagues
- Contribute to business development and client initiatives
