A highly regarded London firm is looking to hire a Private Client Associate (5+ PQE) into its established and growing private wealth team. The team is recognised for advising internationally mobile HNW and UHNW individuals, particularly entrepreneurs and families with complex, cross-border asset structures. Its core client base typically sits in the £50m - £500m+ wealth bracket, with increasing exposure to ultra-high-value mandates.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with Partners on a broad mix of international private client and tax matters, delivering strategic, solution-led advice to a sophisticated global client base. The team is known for its commercial, agile and relationship-driven approach, often acting as a trusted adviser to clients with fast-moving and complex needs. You will also benefit from close collaboration with real estate, corporate and disputes teams, reflecting the firm's fully integrated private wealth offering.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Advising on a wide range of UK and international private client and tax matters
  • Drafting tailored tax advice and structuring solutions for globally mobile clients
  • Implementing cross-border planning, including working with overseas counsel
  • Managing client relationships from instruction through to completion
  • Liaising with intermediaries including trustees, bankers and family offices
  • Drafting Wills, trusts and complex wealth planning documentation
  • Supporting wider teams on private wealth aspects of high-value, multi-disciplinary matters

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ PQE in private client law
  • Experience advising HNW and UHNW individuals, ideally entrepreneurial clients
