A leading national firm with a modern, people-first culture is looking for an experienced Family lawyer to join its highly regarded Family team that operates as one from office locations in Chichester, Southampton, and Bristol. Our client operates a hybrid working policy (2-3 days per week in office) and you can choose your permanent desk to be in any of their locations. This is a key strategic hire for a team recognised nationally for its work with HNW and UHNW clients across all aspects of private family law. You will enjoy high partner access, a strong platform for progression and genuine autonomy to shape your practice within a collaborative, inclusive environment.
The Role
- Work alongside respected Family partners in an inclusive team focused on delivering exceptional advice across complex financial and children matters
- Build and nurture strong client relationships across your relevant region as well as nationally
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development and help grow the firm’s regional and national presence
About You
- Experienced in private Family law with strong technical and client-handling skills
- Confident advising on both high-value finance and complex children matters
- If your practice is heavily weighted toward finance or children this continued approach can also be accommodated.
- Able to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and intermediaries
- A proven record of generating or developing work
- A natural leader with a supportive, team-focused mindset
