A leading and award-winning specialist family law practice is looking to appoint a Family Lawyer to join its growing Brighton team. This is an opportunity to join one of the South Coast's most respected specialist family law firms at a particularly exciting stage of its growth. The firm has developed an exceptional reputation for combining sophisticated privately funded work with a genuinely progressive and supportive culture centred around modern, constructive family law practice.

Importantly, this opportunity is not limited to Brighton-based lawyers. The office is highly accessible from London and the surrounding commuter belt, with existing team members already commuting from London on a hybrid 2 or 3 day a week basis. For experienced and self-sufficient lawyers, the firm is open to considering two office days per week, significantly widening the catchment area for the right individual.

The practice is particularly well known for its strength in mediation, collaborative law and non-court dispute resolution, alongside handling a broad range of high quality HNW and UHNW matters. Lawyers are encouraged to develop modern dispute resolution skills early in their careers, creating a more constructive, rewarding and sustainable style of family law practice.
